Our counseling practice specializes in supporting adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. We provide evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Whether it’s managing emotions, strengthening executive functioning skills, or navigating a new season of life, our therapists walk alongside clients with practical tools and support.
Kindling also partners with parents to
help them better understand and support their children at every developmental stage.
Through coaching and collaborative guidance, we provide strategies to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and respond to emotional or behavioral challenges with greater confidence and connection. Our goal is to equip parents with the tools they need to foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and create a supportive home environment.
We provide comprehensive assessments to identify learning differences, ADHD, and other cognitive or emotional factors affecting academic performance and daily functioning.
Evaluations are led by an experienced LPC who combines clinical expertise with evidence-based educational assessment tools for a thorough, personalized experience.
Whether you're pursuing an initial diagnosis or updating a previous evaluation, we deliver clear, actionable results to guide academic planning, IEPs, and 504 accommodations.
Personalized support for students designed to help them take charge of their learning—in and out of the classroom.
Organization, time management, task initiation, focus—we help students build the skills to succeed with confidence.
Through weekly one-on-one coaching, personalized check-ins, and clear goal-setting, we keep students motivated, on track, and engaged in their own growth.
No two students are the same. Our coaching is tailored to each student’s strengths, challenges, and unique learning style to make every session impactful and relevant.
We teach students how to speak up, ask for what they need, and own their learning journey.
We partner with families through regular updates and simple, practical strategies—so you can support your student at home without the power struggles.
Our small-group and one-on-one sessions are led by experienced educators who focus on strategic, effective, and empowering academic support.
